Do I have to sign a long term lease?
No. It’s a month to month rental contract.
What are your OFFICE HOURS?
Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 12 noon
Closed Sundays and Holidays (after hours by appointment)
When can I have access to my storage unit?
The computer gate hours are 5 am to 10pm/7 days a week.
24 hour access is available for $5.00/month
Unit access denied when monthly payment is 5 days late.

What is a Resident Manager?
The Storage Facility owners live right next door. Please call the home phone number 303-838-0094 for any after-hours questions or emergencies.
How much Notice do I need to give to Move Out?
We require written notice - 10 days prior to your anniversary due date, of intent to vacate.
Do you prorate my Move Out?
No. Rentals are month to month, no weekly or daily rates available. Billing is done on the anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated should you choose to vacate before your annivesary.
PLEASE NOTE: tenants must vacate the storage unit before the next due date, to avoid being charged for the next months rent.
For example, if your annivesary due date is the 15th of the Month, unit must be empty and swept out by the 14th of the Month.
Are Drive up Units Available?
Yes. We offer both.
Drive up units - these allow you to unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit. All large units have drive up access.
Hallway access units - These have both skylights and timed lights. Some prefer these units because items can be sorted in the hallway, while you are protected from any inclement weather outside.

We have a full line of boxes and packing materials in stock. Please refer to “Boxes” for sizes and prices. FREE delivery available with minimum purchase ($200.00 order).
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or by phone.
*You may arrange to have your payment automatically deducted from your credit card each month. We can either mail or email you your receipt.
*We have an After-Hours Drop Box for your check payment only, no cash please. The black drop box is located right next to the Office door.

How much is the Deposit?
We collect a $20.00 refundable deposit and a one time $5.00 administrative fee that is not refunded. Please sweep the unit and give 10 days written notice (before your anniversary due date) for deposit refund.
Do I have to come in person to rent a unit?
Can’t make it in during our office hours? No problem, we can set up your rental by phone and fax machine and with a credit card.
Do you send a Monthly bill?
Yes. Your monthly billing statement is sent out approximately 2 weeks before your due date. Please keep us informed of any address changes. We also email monthly statements!
